During the peak cooling season, Verified® provides same day turn-around times to respond to technician or contractor questions during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday.

Verified® personnel are available for emergencies on weekends and after hours.

Staff members are available to answer e-mail or phones on a rotating basis. Customers calling on weekends or after hours with questions are addressed the following morning.
