We provide turn-key solutions for utility rebate services to assist property managers in meeting their Green initiatives for energy efficiency. We have provided technical support and installation services for more than 40,000 GreenFan® Efficient Fan Controllers® (EFC®) with rebates from California utilities. The GreenFan® EFC® saves approximately 15% on heating and cooling and extends equipment life by 15% worth about $400 in avoided HVAC equipment replacement costs. GreenFan® EFC® is UL listed and does not void any warranties. GreenFan® EFC® improves thermal comfort and customer satisfaction. GreenFan® provides a 5-year warranty and the EFC® lasts for the life of the HVAC equipment. GreenFan® EFC® is attached to low-voltage thermostat wires. GreenFan® EFC® installation takes about 10 to 15 minutes per apartment. During installation we check proper operation of the HVAC system including: thermostats, relays, contactors, capacitors, transformers, and wiring during installation.
